The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working precisely within a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform balance integrations and accounting reconciliations. * Conduct CFDI reconciliations (revenues, expenses, payroll) against accounting records. * Carry out accounting account clean-ups and variance analysis. * Prepare and record accounting journal entries for revenues, expenses, and general ledger. * Review accounting and tax documentation (invoices, credit notes, supporting vouchers). * Support bank reconciliations and monthly reporting. * Collaborate with the tax department on monthly and annual tax filings. * Maintain updated subsidiary ledgers and trial balances. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role. * Knowledge of: accounting integrations, balance reconciliations, CFDI management, account clean-ups, and accounting systems (CONTROL 2000, CONTPAQi, COI, SAP, or similar). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and foundational knowledge of accounting and tax regulations (NIF, ISR, IVA). **Skills and Competencies:** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organizational and time-management skills. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Responsibility and professional ethics. * Proactivity and results orientation.
