We are seeking a **Production Manager** with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to oversee our wood and metal production processes. **Required Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Industrial Design, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in furniture production plants, industrial carpentry, or metal mechanics. * Experience leading multidisciplinary production teams. **Advanced technical knowledge in:** * **Furniture manufacturing processes**: Cutting, assembly, upholstery, finishing, welding, electrostatic painting, among others. * **Operation of CNC machinery**: CNC routers, laser cutters, machining centers. * **Reading and interpreting technical drawings and design renderings.** * **Quality control**: Implementation of standards and monitoring of indicators. * **Industrial safety and hygiene regulations.** * **Inventory and materials management.** * **ERP/MRP systems**: Control and traceability of production orders. * **Management of operational staff**: Shift planning, attendance control, performance evaluation, and technical training. **Key Responsibilities** * **Supervise and coordinate** furniture production in wood and metal, ensuring compliance with quality, time, and cost standards. * **Plan workload and CNC machine scheduling**, guaranteeing a continuous and efficient production flow. * **Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)**: Production efficiency, waste, rework, downtime, etc. * **Manage human and material resources**, ensuring availability and optimal use of inputs and team capabilities. * **Collaborate with design, procurement, and logistics departments** to align delivery and production goals. * **Propose continuous improvements** in production processes, plant layout, ergonomics, and productivity. * **Ensure plant safety**, compliance with internal standards, and accident prevention. **We Offer** * Direct hiring by the company. * Statutory benefits. * Professional, collaborative environment focused on results. * Real opportunity for development and professional growth within the organization. * Active participation in innovative furniture projects for national and international brands. **How to Apply?** Send your resume in PDF format to the email address: **Ere.cisneros@gcdi.com.mx**.
