Job Summary: This role involves planning and scheduling shipments, monitoring units, providing personalized customer service, negotiating loads, and resolving operational issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and scheduling of crossings and drop-offs. 2. Executive-level personalized customer service and cargo tracking. 3. Problem and incident resolution, with support for monitoring. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and schedule local crossings and drop-offs. * B1 dispatches for crossings. * Local dispatches for unloading and drop-offs. * Capture and update all imports in the planner. * Monitor and track units and containers during crossings. * Provide executive-level personalized customer service, delivering cargo information and status updates (via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls). * Negotiate loads with customers. * Support data entry personnel in uploading RCs and PODs into the Allways system (only when required). * Resolve problems and prepare incident reports to share with and inform the Operations Manager. * Remain available to resolve any situation requiring your expertise if the monitoring and customer service department cannot make decisions outside business hours. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or incomplete degree related to the position. * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. * Minimum 1 year of planning and scheduling experience. * Experience in the Transportation field. * Service-oriented attitude. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactive. * Flexible availability.
