Position Objective Manage and monitor the progress of projects within the Department, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively. Main Responsibilities Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and provide information to stakeholders for decision-making. Allocate resources (human, financial, material) effectively across different projects, maximizing efficiency and minimizing conflicts. Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the department's strategic objectives. Provide information and analysis to support management in making informed decisions regarding project prioritization, investment, and execution. Candidate Profile Experience working in retail and/or financial companies. Possess leadership, management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, and familiarity with project management tools and software. Financial management and BSC knowledge is desirable.
