We focus on providing reliable, efficient, and customized solutions to our clients, supported by a team committed to excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Update and maintain the **CRM** with accurate and up-to-date information (clients, services, schedules, incidents). * Coordinate and schedule **operational services** with the cleaning team, ensuring coverage, punctuality, and adherence to standards. * Manage and keep **contractual information** for clients and vendors updated (scopes, frequencies, changes, renewals). * Monitor ongoing services, schedule changes, cancellations, and rescheduling. * Serve as the operational point of contact between cleaners, supervisors, and the administrative team. * Report operational incidents and support the implementation of process improvements. * Ensure operational data consistency across the CRM, calendars, and internal tools. **Required Profile** * Experience in operational coordination, logistics, or service management. * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. * Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, calendars). * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity and ability to resolve operational issues. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $16,000 MXN * Fully remote work arrangement, enabling you to work from anywhere. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.
