**ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT ANALYST** Are you passionate about education, teaching, and administrative management? UVM is looking for your talent for the position of **Academic Development Analyst** **Position Objective:** Manage the assignment of the best teachers for each subject, as well as operate all processes focused on faculty administration, including teacher selection and hiring, class supervision, syllabus feedback, SIEDA, teacher NPS, etc., to significantly contribute to delivering academic quality to our students, while seeking to offer teachers opportunities for professional growth and development. **Functions and activities:** o Participate in monitoring specific indicators of the teaching staff. o Monitor the teacher evaluation process and ensure the development of support and recognition programs according to the results obtained to improve academic quality. o Implement preventive and corrective actions to ensure teacher attendance. o Participate in identifying new requested profiles and support Human Resources in teacher selection. o Participate in academic management processes: pre-assignment, assignment, delivery of analytical programs, syllabus follow-up, early assessment, classroom observation, school calendars, academic calendars, CAT courses, kick-off meetings, and inductions. o Monitor teacher training and professional development processes. o Reporting of academic indicators and statistical data corresponding to each school cycle, maintaining historical records. o Provide attention and support to teachers in various processes, working collaboratively with directors, program coordinators, and human resources to ensure resolution of any questions and/or requests until closure. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, or related field, completed. Master’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, or related field is desirable. Minimum of three years of administrative experience in the educational sector. Minimum of two years of teaching experience. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. **Competencies**: Negotiation and Effective Communication. Building Interpersonal Relationships.
