We invite you to join our team as DEVELOPMENT CHEMIST REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgy. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in chemical laboratory and development activities (experience in electrochemistry, quality systems, standards is desirable) * Technical knowledge: Knowledge of concentration calculations and mass balance, bath adjustment, good documentation practices, good laboratory practices. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Evaluation and assessment of new raw materials, materials, and components. * Preparation of evaluation reports for raw materials, materials, and components, and improvement of formulations (baths). * Preparation of specifications for raw materials, materials, and components, and improvements in baths. * Preparation of specifications for formulated products (establishes suitable packaging material for the type of formulation). * Preparation of laboratory equipment handling instructions and tracking log formats. * Preparation of analytical methodology instructions and training materials. * Research and development of new baths and improvements to existing baths. * Support and establishment of control parameters in the electroplating process.
