Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sub Chef for industrial dining facilities to prepare dishes, coordinate kitchen staff, manage inventories, and serve diners. Key Responsibilities: 1. Kitchen staff coordination 2. Raw material and warehouse inventory management 3. Supplier communication and diner service We are looking for a candidate for the **SUB CHEF** position with experience in industrial dining facilities, to work at the cafeteria of the **Judicial Administration Body Headquarters: Ajusco No. 170** REQUIREMENTS: * \-Minimum 1 year of experience and academic training in gastronomy or related fields. * \-Personal documentation in order.
