




**Your Role** We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated professional to assume the role of Warehouse Associate, responsible for performing Shipping Warehouse tasks—ensuring shipments are delivered correctly, safely, in full quantity, on time, and in compliance with specifications—while working closely with the area supervisor. **Our Team** You will collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to meet departmental metrics under the company’s philosophy: interaction with supervisors and production line leaders; planners, planning supervisor, inventory coordinator, buyers, customs, and logistics. **What You’ll Do** * Enter and validate transfer orders for available inventory. * Transfer materials within the SAP system. * Identify consolidated customers. * Generate daily reports on open and partial deliveries. * Communicate via Outlook email. * Maintain inventory accuracy in the shipping area. * Ensure correct shipment delivery—in terms of timing, method, and quantity. * Confirm the tracking number in the SAP system before confirming the final processing or delivery step (PGI). **Who You Are (Basic Requirements)** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in warehousing or similar roles. * Forklift operation experience. * Knowledge of material picking and receiving. * Inventory management and cycle counting experience. * Proactive attitude. * Problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer equipment. **What Would Give You an Edge** * Intermediate SAP knowledge preferred. * Forklift operation experience. * Basic English proficiency. * Availability for shift work.
