Culhuacán, Iztapalapa, C.P. 09800, CDMX **Availability:** Full-time, rotating shifts **Position Objective:** Ensure the quality and effectiveness of our services by meeting customer requirements and applicable regulations through process monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with specific requirements of each client. * Prepare service certificates, quality reports, and technical documentation. * Create and update operational folders per client. * Develop operational layouts and analyze risks and trends in provided services. * Supervise routes and performance of the Technical Service department. * Deliver internal training courses (company-provided training). * Provide support and accompaniment during internal and external audits. * Have in-depth knowledge of offered services and specific client requirements. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree (incomplete or completed) in related fields (Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or similar). * Previous experience in document management desirable (not essential). * Basic knowledge of office tools and layout design software (AutoCAD, Visio, or others). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Must not live more than one hour away from the office. * Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. **We Offer:** * Continuous training. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities. * Good working environment.
