




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure technical staff training, adherence to safety standards, and organization of daily activities, with direct contact with customers and on-site technical support. We seek a responsible Maintenance Supervisor to support us in fostering a workplace environment characterized by discipline and respect among technical staff, and ensuring high-quality customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure technical staff are properly trained and certified. * Ensure compliance with safety standards during field operations. * Organize daily activities. * Manage work orders with clients. * Track and support quotation of work orders. * Control technical service reports. * Analyze maintenance reports. * Liaise with maintenance supervisors of various clients. * Provide on-site technical support. **Requirements:** * **Mandatory:** Completed Engineering degree (Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Mechanical, or Industrial). **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * Minimum **2 years** of personnel management experience (verifiable). * **Desirable:** Courses or certifications in industrial safety (DC\-3\). **Desired Technical Knowledge:** * Management of **Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance**. * Knowledge of electricity (medium and low voltage), mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics is desirable. * Proficiency in **KPIs** (Key Performance Indicators): MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). * Experience with maintenance software (CMMS) or advanced Excel for reporting. * Knowledge of STPS regulations (Occupational Safety and Health) applicable to maintenance (NOM\-004, NOM\-029, etc.). **Required Skills:** * Leadership * Assertive communication * Decision-making under pressure * Problem-solving Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
