Job Summary: We are seeking a Scrum Master to implement agile methodologies, monitor activities and deliverables, generate metrics, and manage the resolution of impediments in IT projects. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of agile methodologies in IT projects. 2. Monitoring and analysis of software development processes. 3. Management of impediments in collaboration with the Project Manager. Muhami Consulting is a firm dedicated to providing strategic advisory services and customized technology solutions, delivering a high level of expertise and service quality to positively impact our clients' results. **What are we looking for?** SCRUM MASTER Job Requirements: · 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master · Bachelor’s degree or engineering background; master’s degree preferred · Technical English proficiency · Experience with project management tools and agile methodologies · Proficiency with electronic boards and DevOps tools · Ability to create presentations and use collaborative tools (Teams, Slack, etc.) Job Responsibilities: · Implementation of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Management 3.0 in the administration and monitoring of IT projects. · Monitoring of activities and deliverables across various software development teams. · Generation and analysis of metrics for integrated software development processes. · Collaborative management with the Project Manager to resolve impediments arising during the software development process.
