**Main Functions:** 1\. Complete performance targets according to company policies and business development strategies. 2\. Regularly visit customers to maintain good customer relationships. 3\. Actively develop new markets and acquire new customers. 4\. Timely collect market information and provide the company with reasonable suggestions. 5\. Under the leadership of the Sales Headquarters, closely collaborate with various departments to complete assigned tasks. 6\. Strictly comply with company rules and regulations, and consistently serve as a role model. 7\. Evaluate performance based on sales visits; manage sales channels and customers. 8\. Handle financial management, implement measures to prevent bad debts, and ensure timely account recovery. 9\. Summarize sales activities promptly, submit reports, and propose reasonable recommendations. **Other Requirements:** · Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. · Minimum 5 years’ experience as a technical engineer or purchaser in the automotive wiring harness industry. · Prior experience working with North American OEMs such as GM, Ford, and Stellantis is advantageous. · Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. · Work schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. · Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience and profile evaluation.
