**Backend Developer – Microservices and APIs** **Position Objective** Develop, maintain, and optimize microservices and APIs aligned with the organization's quality, security, and architectural standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Build and maintain RESTful microservices and APIs following quality and security guidelines. * Implement DevSecOps practices to ensure reliable integrations and deployments. * Support and maintain microservices within the Collections area. * Actively participate in projects using agile methodologies. * Develop APIs for new applications and enhancements to existing solutions. * Perform unit testing and use version control and continuous improvement tools. * Design, develop, and consume REST services. * Apply object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. **Technical Skills** * Object-oriented programming with **Java 11\+**. * Knowledge of **Python 3\.9**. * Experience managing services on **AWS**. * Use of IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, or NetBeans. * Experience with **Spring Boot**, **Gradle**, or **Maven**. * API testing with **Postman**. * Version control with **Git**. * Continuous integration with **Jenkins**. * Design patterns: MVC, Singleton, among others. * Desired: knowledge of **Docker** and **Kafka**. * Familiarity with quality tools such as **Sonar** and **Checkmarx**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering (completed or with a pending thesis). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Backend development. **We Offer** * Collaborative and innovation-focused work environment. * Professional development opportunities. * Additional benefits such as SGMM. * 2-hour lunch break. **Interested?** Apply directly through this channel or send a message via WhatsApp to **5516404825** with the job title: **“BACKEND DEVELOPER”**.
