




**CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOFTWARE SICOSS IMPLEMENTATION, INCLUDING ADDITIONAL MODULES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH WORK PLANS.** DOCUMENTATION OF CUSTOMER'S SPECIAL PROGRAMMINGS. PROVIDE CONSULTING AND ADVISORY SERVICES TO CLIENTS. MANAGE CONTROL AND TRACKING OF PROJECTS OR CONSULTING ACTIVITIES IN WORK PLANS, EMAILS AND MEETING MINUTES; PREPARE PROGRESS REPORTS FOR PROJECTS. CONDUCT FOLLOW-UP MEETINGS WITH CLIENTS OR FOR PROJECTS UNDER RESPONSIBILITY. ADVISE ON SYSTEM FUNCTIONALITY OF SICOSS AND ITS ADDITIONAL MODULES THROUGH DIFFERENT CHANNELS. PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE SICOSS SOFTWARE TO CLIENTS VIA VARIOUS COMMUNICATION METHODS. EXPERIENCE: TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN: ERP IMPLEMENTATION (FORTIA, DELSYS, HUMAN SITE, SISTEMA TRES, VENTURES SOFT, SAP, META4, ETC.); TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR COMPREHENSIVE PAYROLL SYSTEMS, PROJECT MANAGEMENT (SIMPLE AND COMPLEX PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATIONS), AND CLIENT CONSULTING THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS. KNOWLEDGE AND BASIC TO INTERMEDIATE LEVEL IN: OPERATING SYSTEMS, NETWORKS AND SQL SERVER. BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF PAYROLL, INCOME TAX, SOCIAL SECURITY AND INFONAVIT, PAYROLL PROPERTY TAX AND ACCOUNTING POLICY.
