Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Commerce or related field. Your responsibilities will include: * Increase productivity across all roles involved in the contact center area, providing customer service with a unified and comprehensive view of each client. * Monitor your team's activities in CRM Sales Force. * Shorten sales cycles and increase revenue. Provide consistent and timely follow-up to prospects in order to increase the likelihood of closing sales. * Provide timely information on the sales process, generate reports to track daily team performance, as well as identify future sales opportunities (leads vs. closed sales). * Follow up on orders. * Conduct training for new hires.
