With 35 locations across 19 countries—and continuously expanding—Zero Latency delivers the most advanced and immersive virtual reality gaming experiences on the planet. **YOUR ROLE** We are seeking Game Masters who can guide customers through Zero Latency’s world-leading experience with high energy and professionalism. You will oversee player safety instructions and lead gameplay sessions. Your priority is ensuring player safety and delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Top 5 Responsibilities:** * Conduct facility tours to support billing users for their Virtual Reality service. * Prepare Virtual Reality equipment, ensuring proper use before, during, and after each session. * Train, equip, and manage gameplay sessions to guarantee player safety. Identify and resolve player issues prior to entering the Virtual Reality simulation. * Deliver customized customer service decisions. * Open or close the venue using a task checklist. **WHO YOU ARE** * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred) * Ability to engage enthusiastic customers * Comfort managing high-pressure situations, with the ability to proactively and quickly resolve potential issues while keeping customers engaged * Strong, engaging, and persuasive oral presentation skills * Experience working in both small and large teams * Experience achieving individual and team key performance indicators * Passion for virtual reality, video games, and technology * Availability to work weekday evenings and weekends You must be reliable, punctual, maintain appropriate personal appearance, and possess strong task-prioritization skills.
