At KAVAK, **we work intelligently and purposefully**: **Work Smart & Make Kavak Happen.** We believe in uncovering each person's superpower and maximizing it. **️ What will you do in this role?** * Customer profiling, explanation of financing plans, and creditworthiness analysis. * Personalized attention and comprehensive advisory support to customers throughout vehicle reservation, purchase, or sale processes. * Coordination and execution of deliveries, including logistics, document scanning, and inventory control. * Data entry and verification, as well as file management in purchase, delivery, and return processes. * Assistance during document review to expedite the sale of the customer's vehicle. * Post-sale follow-up, incident resolution, and customer satisfaction evaluation. * Collaboration with internal departments (workshop, credit, legal, customer service) to ensure a seamless experience. **What are we looking for?** * Education level: High school diploma or bachelor's degree * 3 years of experience in a similar position * Availability to rotate shifts and take mid-week days off (no exceptions — NOT students) **What do we offer?** * Salary: $12,000.00 MXN * $1,056 in meal vouchers * Statutory benefits * Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life Insurance * Discounts on Kavak products * Partnerships with other brands * And more benefits designed for you This role is critical to KAVAK's growth during this phase of innovation, consolidation, and expansion.
