Here, you will gain direct exposure to real, high-impact projects with clear opportunities for professional growth. **Position Objective** Analyze, evaluate, and monitor new real estate project opportunities, ensuring their technical, urban, legal, and financial viability to support the company’s strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Prospect and receive land or real estate project opportunities. * Register and monitor potential land parcels in the project pipeline. * Prepare and update technical feasibility reports. * Analyze land location, access routes, public utilities, and surrounding environment. * Review primary and secondary zoning regulations, as well as urban parameters (FAR, FAR, FAR, densities, etc.). * Assess environmental requirements (state or federal EIA). * Coordinate technical, legal, and commercial analyses with internal departments and external consultants. * Evaluate the viability of the project’s development scheme. * Coordinate and monitor the Due Diligence process. * Present findings and recommendations to support decision-making. * Ensure that the project’s technical and legal information is complete and up to date. **Requirements:** * Education: Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate development or similar roles. * Technical knowledge: * Real estate project feasibility analysis * Urban regulations and land-use planning * Due Diligence processes * Coordination with legal, technical, and commercial departments **Skills** * Analytical and critical thinking * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Attention to detail * Collaborative teamwork **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Professional development on high-impact real estate projects * Stability and growth within the organization Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $28,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
