At Construkom, we are seeking a **Building Resident** with experience in mass housing projects and on-site construction process supervision. **Requirements** -------------- * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (graduated or intern). * Minimum 2 years of experience in mass housing projects. * Demonstrable experience in: * Construction system using formwork / metal scaffolding * Block construction * Finishes * Field supervision and activity monitoring. * Blueprint interpretation. * Contractor and crew coordination. * Tracking of construction execution schedules. * Willingness to work on-site in Yautepec, Morelos. **Responsibilities** --------------- * Supervise on-site work execution. * Coordinate contractors and operational staff. * Track construction schedule and activity completion. * Supervise building processes, structural work, and finishes. * Report physical progress of construction. * Ensure order and operational continuity on site. * Daily tracking of work fronts. **We Offer** ------------- * Gross monthly salary of $19,275 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment by the company. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Participation in expanding housing projects.
