Application of Artificial Intelligence for optimization and automation **OPEN POSITION: SYSTEMS ANALYST** **A leading national and international marketing company, at the forefront of plastic transformation and finished product manufacturing, is seeking:** **Systems Analyst** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in the systems area. * Demonstrable experience **participating in or leading technology projects** (implementations, infrastructure improvements, automation, etc.). * Experience in **face-to-face technical support** to administrative and operational users. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, versions **\* and 2024**. * Administration of **Active Directory**, Microsoft Outlook, and **File Server**. * Intermediate-level **SAP Business One** (basic server administration and user support). * Administration of **enterprise antivirus console**. * Installation, optimization, and administration of **networks** (TCP/IP, structured cabling, switches, and routers). * Installation, configuration, and administration of **IP Telephony**. * **On-site (face-to-face)** and remote technical support. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of **computer equipment**. * Administration of **enterprise printers**. * Support for basic software and productivity tools. * Administration and maintenance of **closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems**. * Telephony administration. * Proficiency in **Office 365 and Google Workspace**. **Artificial Intelligence Proficiency (MANDATORY):** * Use of **generative AI tools**, such as **ChatGPT, Gemini, or others**, for: * Process optimization. * Technical support and documentation. * Task automation. * Analysis and problem resolution. * Experience applying AI in **real-world projects or production environments**. **Soft Skills:** * Excellent **customer service** and effective communication. * Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. * **Proactive**, organized, and service-oriented attitude. * Ability to prioritize and follow up on incidents.
