Senior Financial Analyst with Payroll Knowledge. Location: Coyoacán Modality: On-site Experience: 3 to 5 years Position Objective: Ensure the accurate administration, analysis, and forecasting of financial information related to payroll processes through timely cash flow provisioning, generation of strategic reports, and necessary accounting support. The role guarantees accurate decision-making, as well as compliance with the organization's labor and financial obligations. Responsibilities Prepare cash flow provisions associated with payroll and labor obligations. Generate and analyze cash flow projection reports, ensuring accurate information for financial planning. Administer and control a minimum headcount of 700 employees. Manage four payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy in calculations and incident handling. Perform accounting reconciliations and entries related to payroll and labor provisions. Prepare financial and operational reports in Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Participate in internal and external audits. Identify improvement opportunities in financial processes and report generation. Minimum Business Knowledge Company's financial cycle and elements impacting cash flow. Complete payroll processes, benefits, taxes, severance payments, and incidents. General accounting applied to payroll, provisions, and labor liabilities. Labor costs, budgets, and variances between actual vs. budgeted. Key human capital and finance indicators (cost per employee, expense efficiency, turnover). ERP or payroll system experience. Analytical tools: Advanced Excel and BI. Basic knowledge of labor and tax regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis with a focus on payroll. Experience managing high-volume headcount (700\+ employees). Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, advanced analysis). Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or others). Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills. Ability to work with confidential and highly complex information.
