At **COMEX Campos Reyeros**, we are seeking a **Payroll Analyst** with a strong sense of responsibility, precision, and professional ethics. This person will be responsible for accurately administering payroll, ensuring compliance with the **Federal Labor Law**, internal policies, and timely payment to active and on-leave personnel. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Verify the correct calculation of payroll, considering benefits, deductions, withholdings, and applicable taxes. * Ensure timely payroll disbursement for each corresponding pay period. * Perform backups and safeguard payroll databases. * Record payroll accounting entries to accurately reflect expenses. * Manage the electronic stamping (timbrado) of each payroll and send pay slips to personnel. * Reconcile monthly XML files with accounting information. * Calculate and manage ISN payments and issue the corresponding invoice. * Administer deductions and loans linked to the savings fund. * Process payments to financial institutions upon closing each payroll cycle. * Register employee terminations in the internal platform and maintain an updated headcount. * Request and implement salary adjustments and manage related changes with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * Reconcile monthly payroll against IMSS information. * Handle resignation processes and execute offboarding protocols. * Monitor and resolve payroll-related needs of employees. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed bachelor’s degree with title in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Business Management, or related fields. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in weekly and biweekly payroll processing. * Proficiency in payroll systems and electronic stamping (timbrado) processes. * Knowledge of IMSS regulations, state tax calculations, and withholding requirements. * Experience managing at least 8 employer registration numbers (registros patronales). * Experience calculating and reviewing payroll for at least 500 employees. * Strong ability to collect and manage information. ### **Required Knowledge** * Payroll systems; Contpaq is mandatory. * Accounting systems. * Excel / spreadsheets (intermediate–advanced). * Electronic banking. * Federal Labor Law. **We Offer** ------------- * Fixed monthly salary. * Food vouchers. * Savings fund. * Statutory benefits and additional benefits beyond legal requirements. * Job stability.
