We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Assistant with relevant experience. Requirements * Required education level: Secondary school / technical secondary school * Experience: 6 months \- 1 year as Facilities Maintenance Assistant * Knowledge(s) and tool(s): + Knowledge of masonry, electrical work, plumbing, and metalworking * Language(s): + None * Skill(s) and competency(ies): + Problem analysis and resolution + Communication + Teamwork + Work quality + Continuous improvement * Candidate availability: + Travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 09:00 \- 18:00 Schedule clarifications: Full-time and rotating schedule; willingness to travel; work is to be performed across various terminals within the region. Functions and Activities * Perform metalworking tasks: repair of grilles, railings, metal doors, and structures, including basic welding. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on the facilities of Pullman de Morelos terminals. * Respond to fault or defect reports submitted by terminal staff. * Perform masonry tasks: repair of floors, walls, plastering, tile installation, and finishing.
