Position Summary: We are seeking a Sample Administrator with a background in sciences and laboratory experience for sample reception, handling, and registration, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Flexibility, adaptability, and effective communication **Sample Administrator** Education: IQI, IQ, QFB, QFI, QBP, Biology degree, or related field; intern, incomplete degree holder, or certified technician **Responsibilities:** Receive and process incoming samples. Collect required documentation for sample entry into the laboratory. Address client inquiries through the Customer Service Department. Record environmental conditions in the sample storage area. Maintain and update sample registration logs and laboratory database. Download sample data from work orders. **Knowledge:** Intermediate proficiency in current versions of NMX\-CC\-9001\-IMNC and NMX\-EC\-17025\-IMNC. Knowledge of good documentation practices. Knowledge of good laboratory practices. Identification and documentation of nonconforming work, nonconformities, and follow-up until closure. Preparation of Quality PNOs (Nonconformance Reports). Handling of laboratory equipment, glassware, samples, reagents, and hazardous chemical waste.
