Management of large-scale digital platforms **Position Objective** Lead the strategy, coordination, and end-to-end execution of development projects, ensuring alignment among institutional vision, technological capabilities, data analytics, and software development—guaranteeing functional, scalable, and results-oriented deliveries. **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, Computational Sciences, or related field. * Master's degree preferred in: * Information Technology Management * Digital Transformation * Software Engineering * Project Management * Data Science or Enterprise Architecture. * Preferred certifications: * SCRUM Master / Scrum Product Owner * PMP or PMO * ITIL * COBIT * DevOps Foundation * Agile Leadership * Enterprise Software Architecture. **Technical Education and Specialization** Solid knowledge of: * Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) * Modern architectures: * Microservices * REST APIs * Event-driven architecture * Data-oriented architectures * Management of large-scale digital platforms * Integration of institutional systems * Data governance and analytics * GIS and geospatial platforms (preferred) * Artificial Intelligence applied to analytics and automation * DevSecOps and continuous deployment * Hybrid and cloud infrastructure * Relational and non-relational databases * MVP design and progressive scaling * Digital product management. Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
