Your responsibilities will include: * Providing telephone and field advice on our products. * Updating and delivering training on IMPERQUIMIA product lines, as well as product innovations and special systems, to keep our sales force and end customers informed for successful market placement of our products. * Reviewing recommendations prepared by the sales department for specifying IMPERQUIMIA solution systems. * Collecting visit reports to projects and/or distributors in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. * Providing technical recommendations in writing or through various organizational communication channels. * Handling customer complaints, conducting site visits, and completing CRM entries. * Supporting apply-mart workshops. * Sending visit reports via email. * Presenting at marketing and institutional events (including application workshops). * Conducting on-site training sessions. * Reporting progress toward objectives in Success Factors.
