Job Summary: We are seeking an Expert Sterile Ampoule Filling Operator for Injectable Products to operate filling equipment and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of ampoule and vial filling machinery 2. Handling of aseptic techniques and compliance with NOM-059 GMP 3. Adjustment and sanitization of aseptic filling lines PHARMACEUTICAL GROUP SOUTH OF MEXICO CITY. We are looking for your talent as: **EXPERT STERILE AMPULE FILLING OPERATOR FOR INJECTABLES** Objective: Operate ampoule fillers and fillers in accordance with the manufacturing instructions and current regulations NOM\-059 **Requirements:** **High school diploma with CERTIFICATE (MANDATORY)** **Minimum 2 years of experience in simulated filling and aseptic filling of ampoules and vials** Specific knowledge: . NOM 059 GMP * . **Dressing technique, entry procedure, and conduct in aseptic areas** * **Operation of laminar flow modules** * **Washing and sanitizing various configurations of ampoule fillers.** * **Adjusting ampoule opening, filling volume, ampoule height, gas\-oxygen mixture, and sealing of filled ampoules.** * **Introducing sterile ampoules into filling areas, loading and unloading materials via autoclave, and material transfer.** * **Entering aseptic areas, performing hand-washing technique and sterile gowning technique.** * . Compliance with quality management system, GMP, GDP. * . Performing cleaning and sanitization of areas and equipment per current procedures. * **Adjustments of aseptic filling lines** * .
