




**Description** Administers the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs related to selection, hiring, salary and wage administration, employee benefits and services, training, personal development, safety and hygiene, communication, etc., through standardized planning and management mechanisms with a Human Rights approach, aiming to attract, retain, and motivate staff in order to generate and maintain a high level of harmony, well-being, and employee productivity, ensuring compliance with the Foundation's mission. * Develops or coordinates Recruitment and Selection activities according to established standards. * Ensures compliance with the Federal Labor Law. * Maintains proper control of personnel files. * Applies salary and wage methodologies. * Updates and monitors Job Descriptions and Position Profiles. * Performance Evaluation Programs. * Coordinates general guidelines for Occupational Safety and Hygiene. * Conducts studies on turnover, incidents, organizational climate, and communication. * Communication Programs. * Coordinates Training Programs.
