Technical and Systems Knowledge * **Specific Technical Knowledge:** * Mastery of the 8 Steps of Category Management (Catman). * Development of market intelligence. * Creation of planograms and market data analysis. * Reading and development of *layouts*. * Business reviews. * **Specific Systems / Software Knowledge:** * Planogramming software (*Spaceman* and *Space Planning*). * *Autocad* software. * Retailer software (*Retail Link*). * Market intelligence software (*Nielsen Answers* and *Knobloch Market Maker*). * Advanced Office suite (**Excel** and **PowerPoint**). * **Language:** Basic English (spoken, written, and reading). Requires basic negotiation skills.
