This role is based in Mexico City and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week working onsite in the office. **You will be responsible for:** * Familiarity with experience in the insurance or financial services industry. * Creating and optimizing extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) pipelines to ensure real-time data availability and quality for analysis and reporting. * Designing and building automated reporting tools to improve data visibility and reporting efficiency. * Answering questions based on data. * Working with various teams and following up. **What do you need?** * Completed bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, actuarial science, or related field. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * 3–5 years of experience. * Experience with Python or R (preferred). * Experience processing and analyzing data in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and custom functions; developing macros, forms, and applications.
