REQUIREMENTS: Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in a related field. Age: between 27 to 45 years old Availability of schedule. Valid driver's license Minimum 1 year of experience supervising branches in Retail stores **Supervisor responsibilities:** \- Responsible for supervising the proper operation of branches (9 stores) \- Opening and closing of the business unit. \- Handling of valuables \- Store operations (cleaning, restocking, product arrangement, and signage) \- Visit branches checking 5S standards \- Monthly inventory. \- Personnel follow-up \- Staff training \- Follow-up with newly hired personnel \- Innovate and propose improvements to achieve goals \- Ensure branches are operational and presentable to customers, both sales floor and backroom or warehouse.
