




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide customer service electronically and on-site, with experience in equipment and systems maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service via electronic means and on-site visits. 2. Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment. 3. Knowledge of networks, telecommunications, and video surveillance. A Technical Support Engineer provides customer service electronically, generating reports thereof, and also conducts on-site visits to address incidents. Must hold a degree related to Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or related fields. Must possess knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment (CPUs, cameras, intercoms, servers, etc.). Preferred knowledge: networks, telecommunications, CCTV, video surveillance, configurations, and programming.
