SISSA, a leading Mexican company in electronic security and cutting-edge automation systems, is looking for NETWORK AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS SUPERVISOR Education: BACHELOR'S/ENGINEERING DEGREE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, COMPUTER SYSTEMS, ELECTRONICS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS (DEGREE AND LICENSE) Supervise and execute the implementation of network, telecommunications, computing, and telephony systems. Knowledge in: * Analysis of solutions in networks, telecommunications, computing, telephony, radio frequency. * Network design and configuration * Architecture design * Sizing of network and telecommunications systems * Implementation, testing, and commissioning of systems. * Preparation of executive projects. * Preparation of technical proposals. * Coordinate and organize the work team under their charge, assigning activities and responsibilities for proper planning and execution of multiple projects. * Supervise project progress at various project sites. * Resolve technical issues arising during project execution. * Compile progress reports for multiple projects. * Address risk mitigation plans. * Review and implement proposals and/or projects delivered by the pre-sales department. * Follow up on technical cases with suppliers. * Compile project closure documentation, technical records. * Review and analyze technical annexes and tenders. * Validate supply of equipment, supplies, materials, and tools required for execution of multiple projects. * Follow up with assigned service providers. * Execute compliance with planning. * Create, control, monitor, and update the work plan presentation. * Ensure proper transition during implementation of multiple projects. * Generate and safeguard information provided by multiple projects. * Schedule implementation and supervision visits for multiple projects. * Review and compile technical compliance matrices. * Knowledge transfer to operations and end users. * Ensure technical documentation for closing multiple projects. * Execution of acceptance and compliance test protocols. Knowledge in: * Experience in IT infrastructure. * Experience in Data Center networks. * Experience in voice and data networks (Access, Distribution, Core, WAN, security). * Experience in WLAN networks, controllers, and access points. * Experience in cybersecurity (equipment and policies). * Experience in virtualization. * Operating systems. * Servers based on Linux and Windows. * Network configuration (advanced configuration of routers, firewalls, and switches). * IP telephony. * Call Manager telephony system. * UTP structured cabling. * Standards for conduit and structured cabling. * Fiber optics. * Reading and interpretation of topologies and single-line diagrams. * Communication protocols. * Advanced network troubleshooting. * Knowledge in the use of structured cabling and fiber optic equipment.
