**Job Description:** An agro-industrial company seeks a **Production and Quality Supervisor** to coordinate operations and ensure timely achievement of production targets. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise production lines and processes. * Coordinate operational staff and assign daily tasks. * Ensure achievement of production targets and established timelines. * Identify operational incidents and follow up on their resolution. * Verify proper use of materials, equipment, and resources. * Monitor operational continuity throughout the shift. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing. * Personnel management experience. * Availability for rotating shifts. * Availability to work on weekends. **We Offer:** * Salary: $15,000 gross monthly \+ weekly bonus. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Savings fund. * INFONAVIT and FONACOT.
