Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Specialist to manage fleet billing and inventory control, optimizing financial processes. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate in optimizing financial processes 2. End-to-end billing management and inventory control We are looking for: BILLING SPECIALIST Objective: Timely and accurate execution of billing to ensure effective collections recovery and maintain precise control over rental fleet inventory. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administration Experience: 3–5 years in a similar position Intermediate Excel proficiency ERP system experience Responsibilities: * Issuing monthly rental invoices * Managing rental purchase orders * Managing invoices as provisions and generating joint reports with Accounts Receivable & Collections (CyC) * Entering new contracts and modifying existing ones * Tracking fixed-asset equipment inflows and outflows * Preparing the rent fleet report at each month-end closing * Preparing the comparative monthly rental report at each month-end closing * Conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling them with NetSuite inventory at each month-end closing We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Statutory benefits and Life Insurance Upon obtaining a permanent plant contract: Enhanced benefits beyond statutory requirements Join our team and help optimize our financial processes.
