Key role in transparency and traceability of agro-industrial products. Traceability and Certification Analyst · Company: OLAM AGRO MÉXICO S.A. DE C.V. Location: Altotonga, Veracruz. We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Traceability and Certification Analyst. Your primary mission will be to support the agronomy and certification departments in ensuring product transparency and traceability within the plant, guaranteeing strict adherence to procedures required by certification bodies and international regulations. Responsibilities Traceability Management: Execute overall mass balance through volume control (purchases, processing, and shipments) to ensure transparency in the chain of custody. Regulatory Compliance (EUDR): Manage compliance with the EUDR regulation using platforms such as T&T, verifying producer validity and controlling shipping documents. Certificate Control: Coordinate issuance of Transaction Certificates (TCs) for purchases and ensure correct integration of digital origin files. Audit Support: Collaborate in conducting internal and external audits, designing action plans to address findings related to standards such as Organic, RA, and FSSC 22000. Food Safety Monitoring: Contribute to maintaining FSSC 22000 certification through inspections in common areas, monitoring of good practices, and laboratory sample management. Training and Control: Deliver food safety inductions to newly hired staff and maintain up-to-date training and technical competency matrices. Requirements Completed bachelor’s degree (degree certificate or letter of completion) in Agricultural Engineering, Food Industries, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in certification and traceability projects for agro-industrial products. Basic to intermediate English (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). Willingness to work at the Altotonga Plant. Technical Knowledge Supply chain and certified product traceability management. Implementation of certification processes and audit follow-up. Use of specific platforms such as MyRA and management systems like SAP.
