




Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer for customer technical support, solution research, and management of quality and safety systems, including SASISOPA and SGM. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer attention and support in resolving technical issues. 2. Coordination of SASISOPA and SGM implementation projects. 3. Generation of management system reports and continuous improvement reports. **Education:** Environmental/Industrial/Chemical/Petroleum Engineering **Professional Experience:** 2 years in quality and/or safety and hygiene management systems (preferred). **EXP.** · **SASISOPA** · Measurement Management System **(ISO 10012 and DACG 811\).** · Integrated Management Systems **(ISO 9001/14001 and 45001\).** · Environmental Management and Legislation. · Risk Analysis and Assessment Methodologies. · Legislation from the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (STPS) **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Provide customer attention and support. \- Investigate and determine solutions to problems identified on the platform. \- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to regulatory requirements applicable to service stations. \- Ask customers questions to quickly understand the root cause of the problem. \- Provide responses, immediate and accurate feedback to customers. \- Consult internal databases or external resources to provide solutions. \- Generate semi-annual and annual Administration System reports. \- Coordinate SASISOPA and SGM implementation and establishment projects. ü Monitor projects and continuous improvements. \- Track the development of **SASISOPA and SGM** documents hosted on the **SIAP** platform. \- Verify that documents comply with the requirements of **SASISOPA, SGM, SIAP**, etc. **\*\*\*Salary to be discussed during interview based on profile and experience\*\*\*** Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
