Job Summary: We are seeking telephone operators with customer service experience to manage maintenance requests and communications; SAP proficiency is desirable. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service for maintenance services 2. Management of requests through various communication channels 3. Support in using SAP A leading company in specialized maintenance services is looking for telephone operators to perform the following activities: · -Handle maintenance requests. -Answer phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, etc. -Support in creating maintenance requests in the SAP system. · -Requirements: -Completed high school education -Customer service experience -SAP system knowledge (desirable) -Good writing skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite · We offer: -Monthly net salary of $9,436.04. -Statutory benefits. -Transportation. -Job stability. -Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). · Work location: San José Chiapa (AUDI Plant).
