We seek a proactive, organized individual with a problem-solving focus who can guarantee continuity of the business's technological operations. * **Key Responsibilities:** * + Technical support for hardware and software. + Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. + Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues. + Maintaining detailed records of incidents and resolutions. + Maintenance of point-of-sale systems. + Maintenance of banking terminals. + Support and follow-up on institutional email accounts. * **Profile and Skills:** + **Education:** Typically a technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. + **Competencies:** Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, diagnostic tools, and strong communication skills. + **Point-of-Sale Systems**: Preferably experience with Soft Restaurant and One Soft. **Willingness to travel to different branches as required for operational needs.** Monthly salary: $13,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 depending on skills.
