Position Summary: We are seeking a Textile or Industrial Engineer with experience in production supervision to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement while leading multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production supervision in a textile or industrial environment 2. Ensuring compliance with production plans and quality standards 3. Leading continuous improvement using Lean methodology We are looking for a Textile or Industrial Engineer for our Production Supervisor position, available to work Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure 95% compliance with the operations plan while meeting quality standards. * Maintain an overall average of 1.2% rework rate on the production line. * Ensure execution of manufacturing processes, procedures, and policies. * Evaluate production performance under supervision, comparing planned vs. actual results by shift/day/week/month. * Manage and implement continuous improvement processes across assigned areas. * Integrate multidisciplinary teams to ensure achievement of objectives through Lean methodology implementation. * Actively participate in developing and executing training plans for direct reports. * Rotate personnel according to company objectives. * Present, comply with, and improve KPIs and metrics. * Actively participate in complying with the Internal Labor Regulations, Code of Conduct, and Ethics. * Objectively evaluate and provide feedback. * Execute and improve the skills matrix for direct reports.
