Active participation in supervising collection agencies. **LIVERPOOL INVITES YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM** We are currently hiring: Collection Supervisor at Liverpool Angelópolis Requirements: \- Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, Accounting, or Law \- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or supervision of collection agencies \- Functional knowledge: Commercial Law, Late-stage Collections \- Preferred: VPL Credit Systems, Cyber Financial Collection System Tools: Advanced Excel (mandatory), PowerPoint Specialized areas: Credit System and Collection System; at least 1 year of supervisory experience in telephone and field collections Work experience: 2 years in related positions with personnel reporting to the candidate (Supervision of collection agencies) Interpersonal skills: Negotiation, Assertiveness, Verbal and written communication, Strong character, Goal orientation, Creativity, Supervision and follow-up, Proactive attitude Responsibilities: \- Identify and promote engagement of extrajudicial and judicial collection agencies \- Ensure collection agencies maintain operational levels sufficient to meet the monthly branch budget. \- Monitor payment agreements executed by collection agencies. \- Support achievement of recovery objectives and minimize write-offs. \- Propose improvement alternatives to enhance delinquent account recovery efficiency. \- Track judicial proceedings handled by supervised agencies until conclusion. \- Act as deputy to the Head of Collections in their absence.
