Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer or Architect to lead and manage projects, including preparing quotations, handling administrative procedures, overseeing construction sites, generating progress reports, and communicating with clients. Constant interaction with clients and budget preparation. **We require an Engineer or Architect Project Manager** In the city of Colima (Villa de Álvarez) **WE OFFER** * Base salary: Negotiable based on experience, up to $15,000.00 gross per month, plus performance bonus. * Benefits: As mandated by law. * Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Schedule is negotiable to allow for continuous work hours or a hybrid office–home arrangement); Saturday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering. * Experience in project administration (preferred). * Site supervision experience (preferred). **Specific Knowledge:** * Administration of construction company projects. * Budget preparation. * Client relations. * Fluent and assertive communication. * Planning and control. **Job Responsibilities:** * Preparing quotations. * Handling administrative procedures with CFE (Comisión Federal de Electricidad). * Administration and control of construction sites. * Preparing progress reports. * Constant communication with clients. * Entering information into CFE and client platforms.
