API Developer **Requirements** At least 2 solid years of backend experience using Java and Spring Boot. **Expertise in banking SDLC** **Banking experience mandatory** Proficiency in building RESTful APIs, sound development practices, automated testing, and continuous integration (CI) experience. Java: Strong command of Java SE, knowledge of collections, object-oriented programming (OOP), and exception handling. Spring Boot and Spring Framework: Practical experience developing REST APIs with Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security. REST API design Databases: Desired knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) CI/CD Unit testing experience (JUnit, Mockito) Bitbucket: Experience using Bitbucket for code management, pull requests, conflict resolution, and issue tracking. Familiarity with branching workflows (Git Flow, GitHub Flow). Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum.
