This position requires fieldwork capability, willingness to travel, and a proactive approach toward customer service and quality. **Academic Requirements:** * High school diploma, technical degree, completed preparatory education, or * Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine (MVZ), or related fields. **Key Skills:** * Punctuality. * Professional appearance. * Effective communication. * Specialized technical knowledge. * Development and follow-up of action plans. * Adherence to established procedures. **Personal Attributes:** * Results orientation. * Strong sense of urgency. * Customer service focus. * Teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure. * Analytical and disciplined mindset. **Specific Requirements:** * **Valid driver's license**. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar or related roles. **Main Responsibilities:** **Specific Activities:** * Conduct on-site inspections and deliver technical urban pest control services. * Develop and implement work plans according to identified issues. * Complete service documentation following quality and safety standards. **General Activities:** * Interpret and apply **NOM-256-SSA1-2012** in operations. * Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs. * Promptly follow up on identified issues until pest control is achieved. * Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Resources Used:** * Operation of application equipment such as: Manual and motorized sprayers Dust applicators Micro-injectors ULV foggers Thermal foggers **Application Format:** Applicants interested in this position must meet the stated requirements and be willing to work in the field, including frequent travel. Prior experience in similar activities is mandatory. **Note:** This position requires physical capabilities to perform field activities.
