Job Objective: Ensure proper planning, execution, and tracking of internal and external shipments, guaranteeing efficient operations, on-time delivery, and optimal coordination with all involved departments. Requirements: Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years as logistics, transportation, or shipping coordinator, supervisor, or manager. Solid knowledge of route planning, vehicle control, and logistics coordination. Proficiency in digital tools, monitoring systems, and Microsoft Office suite. Valid driver’s license. Skills and Competencies: Leadership and excellent organizational skills. Effective communication. Ability to work under pressure. Analytical ability, decision-making, and incident resolution. Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the driver team and assign daily or emergency routes. Plan and supervise shipments, loading, unloading, and package assembly (packing). Maintain constant communication with production, warehouse, quality, and procurement departments to schedule shipments. Manage logistics with courier companies and external suppliers. Monitor routes and delivery compliance, addressing incidents in real time. Control documentation, proof of delivery, and outbound records. Supervise vehicle maintenance and control (license plates, insurance, inspections). Track mechanical failures and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
