Job Summary: ALTEN MEXICO is seeking a Flexible Electrical Harness and Routing Design Engineer to model electrical harnesses in 3D, specialize in flexible components, and interpret low-voltage requirements. Collaboration with electrical, design, and manufacturing engineers ALTEN MEXICO, a global leader in engineering and technology consulting, is looking for a Flexible Electrical Harness and Routing Design Engineer. This position targets **recent graduates up to two years of professional experience**, who are interested in growing within a collaborative technical environment focused on digital processes, workflow automation, and industrial project management. **Responsibilities:** * Model electrical harnesses in 3D using **PTC Creo**, adhering to engineering standards and technical guidelines. * Specialize in the design of flexible electrical components, including harness routing paths and support structures. * Interpret low-voltage electrical requirements and translate them into CAD routing solutions. * Collaborate with electrical, design, and manufacturing engineers to ensure technical and functional feasibility. * Manage technical documentation and versions via platforms such as **Windchill** and internal release systems. Requirements Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Recent graduate with up to 2 years of professional experience in CAD design or electrical systems. Basic knowledge of **low-voltage** electrical systems. Experience in 3D modeling with **PTC Creo**, preferably for flexible components (harnesses, hoses, etc.). Proficiency with **Windchill** and access to documentation systems (Recon, PLM, etc.). Advanced English. Attention to detail, precision, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
