Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with clients The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their vision is brought to life and plays a pivotal role in the success of our projects. The responsibilities will include detailed project planning, budgeting, and coordination with various teams to ensure seamless execution. Responsible for preparing precise and competitive quotes, ensuring a balance between cost efficiency and high\-quality standards. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, mitigate risks, and develop a close relationship with our customers will be crucial to our continued success and client satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Remote position · **Project Planning and Execution:** Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of custom furniture projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards. · **Quoting and Sales Activities:** Prepare detailed quotes for furniture projects and actively participate in sales initiatives to secure new business. · **Budget Management:** Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. Select materials that best suit the project's requirements and budget. · **Order Processing and Project Execution:** Oversee order processing and project execution, including PO review, drawing requests, and final approval to ensure smooth workflow. · **Team Coordination:** Collaborate effectively with design, engineering, purchasing, production, and sales teams to ensure project goals are met and projects are executed seamlessly. · **Client Communication:** Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project status, timelines, and any changes. Ensure all communication adheres to our standard response times for optimal client satisfaction. · **Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project completion. **Education/Experience** * Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four\-year college or university preferred * 5 years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle, is highly desirable. * Familiarity with the furniture manufacturing industry is a plus. **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities** * Experience in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software. * Proficiency in a variety of software: Microsoft office suite, CRM experience desirable * Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments. * Prior commercial furniture experience desired, as well as knowledge of the dealership world * Exceptional customer service skills with a passion to provide solutions to client needs * Self\-motivated with strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to successfully present products and services * Must be able to work collaboratively within a sales team environment, as well as with vendors and clients * Bilingual: Proficient in English for business communication Regularly works with a Team and may work alone at times. **How to Apply** * If you are passionate about design engineering and excited to work on high\-end furniture projects, we would love to hear from you.
