We are seeking: **Powered Industrial Truck and Powered Industrial Trucks Instructor** **Position Objective:** *Train employees to convey the knowledge and skills required to operate powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently, in compliance with safety regulations. Evaluate the performance of each powered industrial truck operator through the implementation of virtual and real-world interaction tools.* **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering or completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in activities related to safety and quality, and handling of powered industrial trucks * Willingness to travel to our Distribution Centers nationwide. **Job Responsibilities:** * Design technical training programs according to organizational and regulatory requirements. * Implement and monitor training and development programs for forklift operators. * Administer and maintain the learning platform (simulator) up to date. * Prepare and deliver reports and KPIs regarding evaluation results by distribution center (CEDIS) and region. * Issue authorizations granting licenses to operate powered industrial trucks. * Collaborate with Safety and Quality, Operations, and Human Resources teams to identify training and development needs. * Evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary range: $28,000\- $30,000 * Christmas bonus * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Credit union * Life insurance Work location: Cuamatla Industrial Zone, Cuautitlán Izcalli.
