Opportunity to work with IT and network infrastructure JOB MISSION Provide support for the operation of IT and Telecommunications equipment through timely handling of work orders, aiming to prevent incidents and maintain the company’s and co-location customers’ services at the established quality level. JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES - Support the operation and continuity of Data Center services by applying checklists and responding to tickets related to infrastructure within the facilities. - Execute SCC maintenance windows (supervised by change control) and SAE maintenance windows (supervised by executing department), covering operations, implementation, and failures of core and distribution equipment, while complying with time, tool, material, and personnel requirements defined for each activity to avoid compromising service continuity. WE REQUIRE - Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Communications and Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems, or Computer Science - Experience: 6 months to 1 year working with IT or Network equipment Technical Skills: 1. Capable of interpreting and resolving physical issues in IT equipment 2. Capable of identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems in structured cabling (fiber optic and UTP) 3.
